Engage uniquely
combines the rich opinion and adaptive questioning of a focus group with the
large sample and statistical results of a survey, delivering richer, real-time
results. With Engage, between 30 and 2000+ people take part in an engaging, interactive research session where they can evaluate concepts via all forms of media (images, video, web sites, audio) through a mix of closed ended questions and open-ended responses that enable a real expression of opinions. Participants take part remotely from the comfort of their home or office, either in a pre-appointed timeslot (Live) or at their convenience (Open) depending on the design and requirements of the project. In both cases, their experience allows them to see and agree or disagree with other people’s responses and feel like they are interacting directly with a researcher. Our team of moderators is expert at and managing the flow of the sessions, mixing qualitative and quantitative questioning, and adding on-the-fly questions or initiating one on one chats to drill down into important issues as they arise. All stakeholders can participate remotely through an Observer dashboard to watch the results build in real time. With Live sessions, this provides a highly collaborative environment for making fast, confident decisions. Your whole decision-making team can jointly analyze, problem-solve, and probe deeper on key issues as they surface. In an Open session, you get access to all of the data as it comes in, letting you get an early read on findings and adjust to dig deeper on key issues that come up. In either setting, reports and transcripts are immediately available once the session is over so that you can ensure fast follow-up action. |
