Real-time analytics

As feedback is received from your participants, the Moderator and Observer dashboards display results in real-time in easy-to-interpret formats. Color-coding highlights the most important metrics while unique analysis tools help interpret the rich open-end responses on the fly.
  • Close-ended questions
    Closed-ended questions are quantified in real-time statistical summaries. For deeper analysis, filtering is available to cross-reference one response with another. You can also choose to focus your analysis on specific segments of the audience using segment tracking.

  • Open-ended questions
    As people answer your open-ended questions, real-time keyword analysis identifies which words or pre-set groups of words are coming up most often without going through a full coding exercise. In addition, verbatim responses can be sorted according to participant voting.

    This unique feature allows you to gauge consensus among participants and measure the overall communication of ideas. The combination of participant voting and keyword analysis allows you to quickly identify the most popular themes, determine where to drill down further in your questioning, and measure your audience's understanding of the concepts presented.

  • Testing multiple concepts
    If you are presenting multiple concepts to your audience, sequentially or monadically, a comparison view summarizes the results across concepts in an easy to read chart. Winners and losers are highlighted for easy identification. Moreover, the Engage platform has effectively eliminated potential order bias in a multiple-choice scenario with our proprietary Concept Rotation and Single Exposure tools.

Instant Insight Report

At the end of an Engage Live or Open session you can immediately walk away with your data in an easily digestible and graphical reporting format – cleaned and ready to use. This report automatically delivers key findings and metrics in an board-ready PowerPoint format, complete with editable charts and graphs.

Post-Session Dashboard
Once the session is over, a Post-session Dashboard allows you to log back into the Observer view to revisit the data and leverage the built-in analytical tools. This allows you to spend time analyzing the rich verbatim comments and view the responses from different perspectives by filtering. You can also download a copy of the Dashboard for offline access using the “Pack and Go” feature.

Immediate, downloadable transcripts
Full transcripts are available immediately after the session. These include all verbatim comments for every question asked.
